· The cargo company we have a contract with is Aras Cargo . You can only provide free shipping with Aras Cargo. If you choose a different company, our company does not cover the payment.
· Please pack the box in its original packaging, complete and in resalable condition. (Returns are not accepted for products without original packaging).
· Please completely fill out the return section on the invoice you receive and return it to us together with the product.
· After delivering the product to cargo, we kindly ask you to share your cargo tracking number.
· Please make sure all returned items are well packaged to avoid damage during shipping.
· Morimora is not responsible for items damaged or lost during return.
