Eğer siparişiniz gelirken siz evde değilseniz, ARAS Kargo, belirttiğiniz adrese teslim yapılamadığında siparişinizi en yakın şubesine teslim eder. Size bilgi notu bırakılır ve 3 gün içinde paketinizi belirtilen şubeden almanız gerekmektedir.
Kargo paketinizde veya ürünlerde herhangi bir hasar veya yanlışlık tespit ederseniz, kargo görevlisine teslim almadan önce "Durum Tespit Tutanağı" tutturmanız önemlidir. İçeriği ve adeti kontrol ettikten sonra, herhangi bir sorun durumunda ürünü/kutuyu, tutanak ve fatura ile birlikte kargo görevlisine geri göndererek bize ulaştırabilirsiniz.

· Please completely fill out the return section on the invoice you receive and return it to us together with the product.
· After delivering the product to cargo, we kindly ask you to share your cargo tracking number.
· Please make sure all returned items are well packaged to avoid damage during shipping.
· Morimora is not responsible for items damaged or lost during return.
· We will process the refund within 1-3 business days after we inspect the returned items.
