Delivery of your order to cargo usually takes between 1-5 business days. ARAS Cargo aims to deliver your order within 2-4 business days after receiving it. If you are not at home when your order arrives, ARAS Cargo will deliver your order to the nearest branch if delivery cannot be made to the address you specified. An information note will be left for you and you must collect your package from the specified branch within 3 days.
If you detect any damage or inaccuracy in your cargo package or products, it is important that you file a "Due Diligence Report" with the cargo officer before receiving it. After checking the content and quantity, in case of any problem, you can send the product/box back to the courier along with the report and invoice and deliver it to us.
