If you are not at home when your order arrives, ARAS Cargo will deliver your order to the nearest branch if delivery cannot be made to the address you specified. An information note will be left for you and you must collect your package from the specified branch within 3 days.
If you detect any damage or inaccuracy in your cargo package or products, it is important that you file a "Due Diligence Report" with the cargo officer before receiving it.
